Woody Cases ™ Replacement Plan
At WoodyCases.com we worked tremendously hard to come up with a special in house finish/treatment that will make your case much more durable and resistant to impacts. At the same time, due to our Woody Cases™ being made from a natural material, we cannot guarantee that it will survive drops or hard impacts. What we can guarantee is that if for any reason your case should break (R.I.P. Woody™) during a drop, we will offer you another case at a 50% discount (with proper proof). In short, we will cover you for the life of your case. You supported us, so we need to offer you support after the purchase, that’s the least we can do in return.
Want to get another finish for the new Woody™? No problem. Dropped your case over a year after purchase and need to get it replaced? No problem, we cover you for the life of your case (as long as it was purchased directly through WoodyCases.com). Need to replace it more than once? No problem, you can replace your case as many times as you would like. Item you bought is discontinued? No problem there either, we will credit you 50% of your original purchase price. Since we are continuously changing our designs and finishes in order to stay original, we cannot guarantee that we will have the same exact case available, but you are more than welcomed to pick out another beautiful case from us as long as it is for the same model phone.
